Who Is Responsible for Servicing And MOT of my leased vehicle?

______________________

how does vehicle leasing work
why should i lease my car
what i need to know about leasing

Responsibility for the servicing and MOT resides with the contract holder.

In terms of servicing, you will need to consult the manufacturer's own guidelines to find out when the car will need to be taken in for service.

For any vehicles older than three years, MOT's are required to be conducted annually.

In some instances, the lease agreement may require a vehicle to have no less than 28 days of MOT, therefore, you will need to have the first MOT (36 months from registration) carried out at your cost before the vehicle is collected at the end of the contract term.

You can choose an optional maintenance plan which covers all service and MOT expense and also conumable items and even tyres.

Our consultants will advise you in this.
